Please join Jim Howard, Parent Training Coordinator for our Family STAR program, for this informative workshop that will examine the importance of writing an individual Health Care Plan into a 504 Plan or IEP. A Health Plan is written with school staff, the family and the student’s Health Care Provider. This plan is essential to achieve educational equality, and ensure equal access when a student has a medical documentation of need that may impede on a child’s access to education.
